- Minimum of 3 years restaurant experience as a salaried general or assistant general manager in a full serve concept with bar
- A strong leadership personality with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop their team
- Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
- Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
- Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
- Food Manager certification
